Relay Sickness

Well Relay Friday is one of the longest days of the year.  Every year it feels longer because I get older.  Last year I didn’t get Relay sickness but the previous two years I did.  Relay Sickness is where my body gets violently ill from staying up over 24 hours during Relay weekend.  It is not fun but I can reduce the chances of getting it by not walking or running during Relay.

How much money will our event raise this year?

I think it’s very convenient that the only way not to get it, is by not doing any of the work…j/k. No one does more relay work then you Paul. Does that mean you can’t walk all the way up/over/across to where they count the money at midnight? ; )

It always took me at least 2 days to get over it. You are not alone. Body, soul and mind are broken after being up for way over 24 hours, you know it’s longer then that.

Good luck, I’ll see you after Relay! (well, a couple of days after relay)
