Deuteronomy 28:20 – The LORD will send on you a curse, confusing you and opposing you in everything you undertake until you are destroyed and quickly perish because of the evil of your deeds, in that you have forsaken me.
I read this verse recently along with the rest of chapter 28. I thought to myself, I don’t think anyone ever uses that verse out of context. Unofficial survey – what verse used out of context most bothers you?
The one that currently bothers me the most is Jeremiah 29:11. God is going to prosper you and everyone you know. I do not believe that God had Jeremiah write that for you. God may indeed prosper you but He also may not prosper you. Some people have different paths.
