When you pray, how do you thank God for your salvation? Thank You for making me smart enough. Thank You for making me humble enough. Thank You for making me awesome enough. When you pray, how do you pray for the salvation of others? Lord, please give them the intelligence they need to find You. Lord, please give them the humility. Lord, please make them awesome like me so they can be saved! How then do you pray? This is not a rhetorical question. I want to know. You see one day I hope to be as smart, humble, and awesome as you but I am not these things. God found me in my sin and rescued me. If you are one of the elect, then He did the same for you.
Matthew 18:14 – In the same way, your Father in heaven is not willing that one of these little ones be lost.
Are people really going to hell? With much pain and anguish, I must admit that I am not a universalist. People will go to hell. There are many people who believe everyone goes to heaven. There is no need to confess that Jesus is Lord. If you do confess, then there is no need to submit to Him as Lord. That’s all Bible nonsense to those who are universalists. Since I believe people will go to hell, I must allow God to use me in any way, even unto death, so that some might be saved. No price is too steep for one lost sheep. God wants to use you too.
